Kelley Environmental Consulting was started in 2005 by Steve Kelley andd his daughter Lisa Graves, as a subsidiary of Kelley Graves Enterprises, Inc., a real estate and environmental consulting firm.  Both are graduates of Texas A&M University, with degrees in Range and Wildlife Science, and Speech Communications.  The organization has a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with environmental issues, and dealing with multiple Federal and State agencies.  Steve has been involved in the financial management of everything from small non-profit water systems to large city wastewater treatment plants to hospitals.   You can always count on Kelley Environmental Consulting to bid your projects with a reasonable price, and to avoid unnecessary expenses.
